Initially created for Pandi, Bulacan, the launching of the People's Council in Aid of Local Legislation caught the attention of colleagues at the Vice Mayors' League of the Philippines, and even got the endorsement of the Secretary General Hon. Allan Rellon of Tagum City as a program worthy of adopting by the other Vice Mayors. Thank you!
